有一種香薰油叫做快樂鼠尾草(Clary Sage)，使我想起「快樂」這二字，這精油能帶給人快樂嗎？
今天看了一篇研究文章，提到用Clary Sage來治療depression，按他們用的方法，數據看來很「吸引」。 在某方面，Clary Sage的確可以為患者帶來快樂。 但實驗結果只適用於唔係嚴重的患者身上，因為他們沒有為所謂嚴重的患者作測試。
Clary Sage很多時都會用在有asthma的人身上的，因其化學成份有強效的鎮靜作用，而且「mild」 , 不會刺激到有asthma 的人的病況； 當然亦不可忽視了它對情緒上的好處。
大家要留意「溫和」這二字。 我的臨床經驗告訴我，這油單用雖有好處，但因為性質溫和，更多時與其他的精油配合使用更為有效！
「忽陰忽晴」的我，在晴了幾天之後又再陰了起來，於是我便試聞Clary Sage，雖然有改善，但就是太柔； 於是我再加上乳香（frèreana) ，當堂成個人都醒晒；再加上迷人的薰衣草時，我的晴又再回來了。
