每個人都有偏心（偏愛）的時候及東西： 有些人嗜辣、有些人嗜甜、有些人愛濃郁的味道、有些人則愛口味淡的食物等等。 在聞香的問題上，都有這種情況出現的： 有些人愛聞花的濃香、有些人則愛花的淡味、有些人偏愛薰衣草、有些人抗拒木香的。
身體給我們的訊息正確的嗎？ 有些人則認為身體抗拒的香味是我們真正需要的，你認為呢？
當我們身心都處於健康的狀況下，我們的偏心（愛）是正確的決定來的； 但亦代表着我們有正確的mentality／perception／ knowledge。即是說，一個健康的人的選擇都未必是最正確的更何況是身體或心靈上（或兩者）都出現病態的人？
簡單來說，當我們生病時，就算平時喜歡吃的東西都會變得不可口的； Distortion依樣嘢係可以出現係聞香的。 我有個朋友有anxiety的，我第一次給她的配方，是她愛聞的香氣；於是她便停了藥，也沒有自殺的念頭了，且生活變得積極起來。 第二次給她的配方，她對那香氣並不太熱衷，但我鼓勵她用下去，基於心靈出現問題會導致偏愛出現偏差的； 結果用了兩次我配的東西，她便全好了。我本來是鼓勵她用第三個配方來鞏固療效的，但她卻堅持一切甚好，亦沒有必要再用那些東西。
偏心可以是好的，因為這也是生活的享受來的；你有否檢視自己的偏心是否健全的呢？
