用香薰進補

很多謝很感激讀者們的關心,自「冷的好還是暖的好」及「陰盛陽衰的我」這兩篇文章post出後,有不少讀者都叫我食鹿茸,因為鹿茸可以補陽。 我未試過吃鹿茸的,所以我不敢斷言我這「虛不受補」的人吃後會怎樣,因為我連吃當歸都會上火的, 雖然我可以用香薰降火。 但我都會找機會試試看的,說不定想的和實際的是不一樣的。但讀者關懷之情總教我感到溫暖無限!

其實用香薰進補,可以免卻我上火之苦。 其實可以進補的香薰油有肉豆蒄油、肉桂油、丁香油、白豆蒄油、薑油等等,而有些油是可以加強免疫力的。 最捧的是我不用擔心上火這問題,只是要小心會否灼傷皮膚而已(若作按摸用的話)。 用聞香的方式亦可,只是效力未必及得上按摸。 當然可以雙管齊下。

若想再安全些,不防混些能退火的的香薰油,這樣便萬無一失。
