多少柔情多少淚

我甚少提及傷感的事,因為我認為生活總有積極的一面;平日生活已夠累人,還要看苦情文章,人生真的太苦了。

我有次聽某先生的講座,他提及有個病例: 那女求診者因生活經歷了重大變遷,很不快樂。 他於是按壓某個穴位,那女人便淚如湶湧,哭起上來,還向他大訴苦。 那導師的做法是,先讓人䆁放情緒再作治療。 我相信他是相信萬病皆由情緒起。

我不否定這做法,但我相信對於有病的人來說,在身體好起來時,情緒病亦會一掃空。 身體長期處於病態,情緒想好都難! 若身體沒有病而出現情緒困擾,才作情緒病處理。

香薰的妙用在此 ── 在讓身體好起來的同時亦讓你的情緒得以舒解! 試想想,紅樓夢中的林黛玉有肺病的,她人也憂鬱; 若她的舊病未除,她的情緒怎會好起來? 加上寄人籬下,生活並不好過。 但我相信若她的肺病可除,就算生活逼人,都會更積極地去面對的。

先顧情緒還是身體,我選後者。
