我有次聽某先生的講座，他提及有個病例： 那女求診者因生活經歷了重大變遷，很不快樂。 他於是按壓某個穴位，那女人便淚如湶湧，哭起上來，還向他大訴苦。 那導師的做法是，先讓人䆁放情緒再作治療。 我相信他是相信萬病皆由情緒起。
我不否定這做法，但我相信對於有病的人來說，在身體好起來時，情緒病亦會一掃空。 身體長期處於病態，情緒想好都難！ 若身體沒有病而出現情緒困擾，才作情緒病處理。
