當舊患未癒，卻又惹上新的表症時，舊病隨時會加重的，而且治理上來亦不易。 若有下沉之病，我喜用上揚之藥。 腸道充鳴其實可以由受寒引起的，可以充鳴還好，只是下沉之氣若繼續下沉的話，頗為embarrass的。
在未再惹新症時，用香薰的上行之油的調配，要根治還易； 只是再加上新的表症時，同一配方卻不一定生效。 此種情況，應先去除新的表症，再處理舊症 ── 當然有些精油在調配時同時可以同時療癒表裏兩種症狀的。 若只看symptoms來辦事，肯定吃虧；因根不在舊而在新，新去而舊除。
